EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Strictly no cancellation for any order as we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Goods sold can be exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date with 25% restocking fee imposed on any exchange.
The exchanged goods must be intact and in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your goods, please check to ensure they are in good condition. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection of any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Failure to do so within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance.
Consequently, we will not be liable for any compensation related to hacking, re-installation, or transportation costs.
