EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Strictly no cancellation for any order as we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Goods sold can be exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date with 25% restocking fee imposed on any exchange.

  • For the exchange process, customers must handover the item intended for the exchange.

  • Returned items must be in the original condition before handing over to our store team for QA/QC process before exchanging for the issued tiles.

    Charges will be imposed for the number of tiles that are damaged/defected before the exchange process following the price per sheet/pc.

    Customers will also need to bear the shipping cost for both returned items and the new exchanged item, as we do not cover the expense of shipping.

  • Every item is carefully inspected before handing over to customers to ensure they are free of damage. However, any item that is defected/damaged item due to a warehouse issue can be handed over for a free replacement within 48 hours and we require proof of evidence for the damage and will need to be submitted over to the management for the verification process.

  • Once tiles have been installed, no refunds or exchanges are available.

Prior to installation, please ensure that the colour, tones, and shades of the tiles you have received match your requirements.
