Our tiles come from various country. China is one of it.

How many faces do Feature Tiles have?

A9 : Kebanyakan design kecuali Nuvola didatangkan dengan dua variasi permukaan (A dan B). Namun, rekaan Nuvola mempunyai tiga variasi permukaan (A, B dan C).
Most designs except Nuvola come with two faces (A and B).However, the Nuvola design features three faces (A, B, and C).

If a design is out of stock, how long does it take to restock it?

A10 : Kami anggarkan dalam masa 4 - 8 minggu untuk restock semula.
We estimate within 4 - 8weeks to restock.

Does Jubin Cantik provide 3D design services?

A11 : Buat masa ini, kami tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan 3D design servis.
At the moment, we do not offer 3D design services.

Does Jubin Cantik have Green Label tiles?

A12 : Ada, kami ada 2 design yang mempunyai Singapore Green Label iaitu Crazy Pave dan Checkered Collection.
Yes, we have 2 designs with the Singapore Green Label, namely the Crazy Pave and Checkered Collection.

Which tiles are exclusively designed and available only at Jubin Cantik?

A13 : 80% design kami adalah Exclusively design daripada Jubin Cantik seperti Feature, Wainscoting, Wood Collection dan lain lain lagi.
80% of our designs are exclusively created by Jubin Cantik. This includes collections such as Feature Tiles, Wainscoting Series, Wood Collection, and many more unique selections you won't find elsewhere.

What type of cement is installed between the tile chip?

A12 : Simen ini dipanggil grout filler. Teknik pemasangan simen antara cip jubin ini dinamakan ‘grouting’. ‘Grouting’ perlu dibuat selepas pemasangan jubin.
This cement is called grout filler. This technique is called grouting. Grouting should be done after tiles installation.

What is the function of grout?

A13 : Fungsi grout adalah untuk menutup bahagian gap antara jubin. Grout juga berfungsi untuk mengelakkan kotoran masuk di antara gap jubin.
The function of grout is to close the gap between the tiles. Grout also works to prevent dirt from entering between tile gaps.

What is the usual grout colour they use?

A14 : Putih/kelabu cair/kelabu gelap/hitam. Tetapi sebenarnya, warna grout datang dalam pelbagai warna. Boleh pilih ikut kreativiti dan pilihan anda.
White/light grey/dark grey/black. But actually, grout colour comes in various colour. Can choose according to your creativity and preference.

Can change to other grout colour after install?

A15 : Ya, boleh tukar tetapi agak mencabar kerana perlu kikis semula simen grout tersebut.
Yes, it can be changed, but it is quite challenging because you have to re -scrape the grout cement.

Between cabinet and tile, which one need to install first?

A16 : Kedua-dua teknik boleh. Tetapi untuk hasil yang kemas disarankan untuk pasang jubin dulu sebelum pasang kabinet. Dinasihatkan untuk refer kontraktor anda untuk maklumat lanjut.
Both techniques can use. But to get a neat result, it is recommended to install the tiles first before installing the cabinets. Need to consult with contractor for further information.

How long are tiles supposed to last?

A17 : Jangka hayat jubin selalunya berbeza-beza bergantung pada cara pemasangan dan perlu diselenggara dengan betul.
Tile’s lifespan often varies depending on how it was installed and maintained correctly.

What tools are needed for tile installation?

Is tile waterproof?

A19 : Jubin biasanya kalis air, tetapi tahap ketahanan air bergantung pada jenis jubin dan cara pemasangannya. Tanpa pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan yang betul, air masih boleh meresap melalui saluran grout.
Tiles are generally waterproof, but the level of water resistance depends on the type of tile and how it is installed. Without proper installation and maintenance, water can still seep through the grout lines.

Is tile fire resistant?

A20 : Ya, kebanyakan jubin tahan api kerana ia diperbuat daripada bahan seperti seramik atau porselin yang tidak mudah terbakar.
Yes, most tiles are fire-resistant because they are made from materials such as ceramic or porcelain that are not easily flammable.

Will the tiles used for the car porch floor scratch easily?

A21 : Jubin yang digunakan di bahagian car porch biasanya direka khas untuk tahan calar dan tekanan. Namun, calar masih boleh berlaku jika terdapat pasir, batu kecil, atau objek tajam yang bergeser di permukaan jubin.
Tiles used for the car porch are usually specially designed to resist scratches and pressure. However, scratches can still occur if there is sand, small stones, or sharp objects rubbing against the tile surface.

Do floor tiles crack easily?

A22 : Jubin lantai yang berkualiti tinggi seperti Jubin Cantik biasanya tahan lasak dan tidak mudah retak jika dipasang dengan betul. Namun, jubin boleh retak jika terdedah kepada hentakan kuat, beban berat yang melampau, atau pemasangan yang tidak sempurna.
High-quality floor tiles such Jubin Cantik are usually durable and not easily cracked if installed properly. However, tiles can crack if exposed to strong impact, excessive heavy loads, or improper installation

Can we install in herringbone arrangement using subway tiles?

A7 : Ya boleh. Cuma perlu membuat penambahan dalam 15-20% dari jumlah subway tiles biasa kerana susunan tersebut perlu membuat banyak kerja pemotongan. Boleh dapatkan khidmat nasihat daripada pihak kontraktor.
Yes can. But need to add around 15-20% from normal quantity of subway tiles needed because herringbone arrangement needs to do a lot of cut work. Please seek advice from the contractor.

Terms and Conditions during the time of purchase

A8 :

• Barang yang dijual tidak boleh dikembalikan. Kami sama sekali tidak menerima pulangan perubahan fikiran.
• Barang yang dijual boleh ditukar dalam tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh invois dengan 25% yuran stok semula dikenakan ke atas mana-mana pertukaran. Barang yang ditukar perlu berada di dalam bungkusan asal.
• Setelah menerima barangan anda, sila semak untuk memastikan ia dalam keadaan baik. Anda mesti memaklumkan kami dalam masa 48 jam selepas penghantaran atau penerimaan mana-mana barangan yang rosak atau tidak dibekalkan dengan betul. Kegagalan berbuat demikian dalam tempoh masa ini akan dianggap sebagai penerimaan. Akibatnya, kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang pampasan yang berkaitan dengan pemecahan, pemasangan semula atau kos pengangkutan.
• Kegagalan mengambil barang dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh invois akan menyebabkan bayaran simpanan sebanyak RM10/hari.
• Goods sold are non-refundable . We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
• Goods sold can be exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date , with a 25% restocking fee imposed on any exchange. The exchanged goods must be intact and in its original packaging.
• Upon receiving your goods, please check to ensure they are in good condition. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection of any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Failure to do so within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance. Consequently, we will not be liable for any compensation related to hacking, re-installation, or transportation costs.
• Failure to collect the goods within 30 days from the invoice date will result in a storage fee of RM10/day.

Purchases that have been picked up or delivered and after 48 hours there is a defect in the design tiles, can change to a new one?

A9 : Kami perlu semak terlebih dahulu dan dapatkan maklum balas daripada pihak Pengurusan, tetapi kami akan mencuba yang terbaik dari segi kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh pelanggan.
We need to check and get feedback from the Management first, but we will try our best in terms of the difficulties faced by the customer.

If I want to purchase pre-order tiles, is it possible?

A10 : Kami tidak dapat menerima pembelian Pre order (Out of Stock) , kami akan menerima pembelian semula selepas jubin yang berminat itu dah di restock .
We are unable to accept pre-orders (Out of stock). Purchases can be made once the item has been restocked.

What should I provide to the Sales Executive if I want to get design ideas or make purchase?

A11 : Jika ingin mendapatkan idea atau membuat pembelian kami suggest untuk tunjukkan details ini

• Ruang yang ingin dipasang tiles
  Contoh: ruang tamu, dapur, bilik air, dinding, lantai luar
• Saiz kawasan (ukuran)
  Ukur panjang dan lebar dalam kaki atau meter persegi (sqft/m²). Jika tak tahu ukuran, gambar pelan lantai (floor plan)
• Warna / konsep yang diinginkan
  Contoh: putih, kelabu, kayu, industrial, minimalis. Boleh juga tunjuk gambar rujukan dari Pinterest atau Instagram
